i have a free dress day today. im wearing a kimono with a tank under it [kinda low cut but not that much], semi-tight capri knee-length shorts, and black ballet flats.

totally. as long as the colors match....but dont have too much of te same color. if your shorts are black, and the kimono top is colorful, then it'd look really cute! you should wear a matching necklace too.
