Child molesters and murderers are the same to me. The one's who survive child abuse have not been murdered physically because we walk and talk like everyone else but our abusers have killed us deep inside. We no longer are the same as we were before we were violated. We stop seing ourselves as whole because we are so disconnected from our very essence. Life becomes a constant reminder of what we are not and what was taken from us. We live in shame and fear that is unknown to anybody that sleeps safe every night. Regarless of who you are ,results are still the same, loss of the self. Your life will then be a journey of endless battles and if your lucky enough you mighy be reborn into a survivor who is stronger than ever but the cost is sometimes to high to pay. Maybe someday someone will breath life back into our empty souls and the sun will shine upon us. Maybe someday we will be free of our horrible memories. Let's stop these murderers and protect our children. If we dont who will?

1) yes, protecting children of all over the world is our main priority, but we also must keep in mind that mostly teenagers although innocent, can also be the agressors at times.. so we really cant make a general judgment and have to sympathize with teachers that are getting indicted for doing nothing wrong.

2)I definitely do think that a paedophile will get a harsher punishment because politics as well as the rest of the world are filled with cronyism.

Unlikely -- though another judge would very likely push the procedural hurdles for the defense slightly harder.

Obvious, neither the judge who had the abused child nor any other judge who was close to the family would be allowed to try the case -- but judges also don't like anyone harming other judges. They couldn't do anything overtly biased -- but they can stack the deck slightly.
