Mars would propably be your best planet to move to. many scientists are making ways to live on Mars.

Here are some cool links to help you with your research.

Mars is similar to Earth in many ways, having many of the same "systems" that characterize our home world. Like Earth, Mars has an atmosphere, a hydrosphere, a cryosphere and a lithosphere. In other words, Mars has systems of air, water, ice, and geology that all interact to produce the Martian environment

While mars is an obvious choice, another one your teacher might like would be Europa (one of Jupiter's moons). Although it's frozen on the surface, beneath the ice it's mostly liquid water.
There's no atmosphere to speak of, so you'd have to live underwater... but if you have the technology to get there, living underwater shouldn't present much of a problem.
Water is also pretty easy to break down into hydrogen (useful for fueling generators and sweet mini subs) and oxygen (that stuff we need to breathe).
For activities, you certainly have all the scuba diving you could ever want! As long as everyone had some sort of space suit, you could get some sweet hockey games going on the surface too.... Come to think of it, the whole winter Olympics would probably do pretty well there.

Sounds like a fun project, good luck!
