where's the best place to buy a used nintendo nes in working condition. but i don't plan on buying it on amazon or ebay. do you guys know any good places to buy one. i heard you can get one in frys electronics. is that true ?

I don't know about Frys, but you could check Craig's List. You can click on what state and region you are from, and find out if anyone in your area has one for sale. This way there is no delivery cost, and you can have the owner hook it up to make sure it works.

I haven't been in California for several years now, but the last time I was there, you cannot get an NES from Fry's Electronics (either in LA or SF).

Try checking your local newspaper to see if there's some sort of electronic expo. That's usually the best place to get old systems.

this is what i did i got a old none working nes for free.then replaced the pin connector works liek new.

Go to a pawn shop, get one that looks clean. I got my Nintendo 64 at a pawn shop, it works great.

have you tried an emulator to olay games on you computer? if you want it for nostalgic reasons discountinue this coment but if you just want to play some games check out utorrent you will have to download some software but it's easy and free
