I'm transfering from a community college to a university....now the school i want to go to....would look at my high school work, and my college work, because i don't have enough credits to be considered a "Transfer".....i'd be a freshmen "With" Credits....

"Lets Just Say" that i get accepted....i get notified right now that "i'm in"

Would they require another transcript, of the classes that i did this term? (fall term).....like to see my grades and what not?

or do they only need 1 transcript.....as in the one they originaly got with my transfer application....

They will need a final transcript when your semester is over in order to transfer those classes.

Yes, they'll need a final transcript - and yes, if you don't do well, they could revoke your admission with the receipt of your final transcript. Admission is nearly always conditional - even a high school senior who fails final units because s/he thought he was already accepted would also have a rude surprise come that next summer when the final transcript arrives. Most schools choose to assume students will be OK and send admission details early so you register, etc. on schedule with the current students - but that doesn't mean they don't followup on those details.

Also, any courses you've taken are a part of your permanent academic record. If you don't send them, you could be barred -- the admissions application has you sign that all statements are accurate. I've seen students lie about transcripts only for the attendance to be found later and the student to be dismissed from the college completely (at least at my institution).
