Well i could totally give you this whole speech about being yourself and blah blah but sometimes you don't want to be yourself you know? or sometimes your just feeling girly and you want to dress all girly!

Here are some quick and easy tips.
First on clothing think soft, nice soft pastels and feminime ruffles and frills.

Are you sure you want to look "girly cute". It would seem to make you look immature. I think you mean feminine. If so, ruffles, bows and lace are feminine fabrics and accessories. And you can incorporate those in your wardrobe without making you look like you're ten instead of 16. You're probably cute anyway, so why not opt for a more sophisticated look?
