Do you have a "Michael's" craft store nearby? I've purchased them there in the past year... so that's one option. Actually, just about *any* good craft or art supply store should carry them.
Not sure how much time you have before you need them, but if you have to purchase them online they're available at the following website for $6.99 for a 2 pen pack:

Walmart carries them Hobby Lobby and Michael's have them also.
