Nasal. I learned how to sing from a Peter, Paul & Mary album (this taught me how to make my nasal voice work in my favor); however, years later I learned that I sounded like no one quite so much as Jean Stapleton in the role of Edith Bunker ("Mis-tah, we could use a man like Hoi-baht Hoo-vahr a-gaaaan"). Sigh.

i'd say laidback, calm.
i was told that i have a cute voice, also another said i have a beautiful voice (i don't sing!) i think what they meant is the tone of my voice. when i was younger i wanted to be a DJ on the radio and would always practice talking and recording my voice on a cassette tape - btw English is my 2nd language so it was really a big deal for me to be able to "sound" like someone who's been speaking English all their life.
