Do illegal immigrants understand they are breaking the law, or do they just dont care?

They know it's wrong...and as long as they are allowed to get away with it, it will continue. As long as cheap-*** employers keep hiring them to build our houses, and work in our farm lands...etc., it will continue....people know things are wrong, and they will continue to do it until they get caught. Whether it's illegal immigration, or stealing, or lying, or DUI.....Our government has to come down harder on illegal immigrants AND their employers.
Hey, what if we deported all the illegals tomorrow, and made those who have been on welfare for generation after generation go out there to fill their spots? Give those on welfare a limit...say 2 years, to get an education, and a job to support themselves and their 10 kids; and when they don't....well, your cut off! That would sure be some incentive to make people responsible for themselves! If you don't want to get a job, we have plenty for ya! We'll put you to work building houses and working the farmland! That sure would cut down on taxes, and welfare, leaving more money for our own government to get out of debt, and maybe even to improve on things across the country like better education for our children, for example.???

The Mexicans have been immigrating into the US for decades. Sure, we have laws and our government and law enforcement have been pretty much ignoring them all along. (I imagine they get " support" from businesses using the illegals.) As far as illegals caring about breaking our laws, there is no consequence, so why should they care.
All the hub-bub about immigration lately is somewhat puzzling. Why are our representatives all of a sudden fighting for their rights when by law, they have the right to be deported, not supported, end of story.
The fact is, they are getting support and rights, so how could they justify not coming on over.

Now I am not trying to be racist. I am using Mexico as an example and I understand that Illegal immigrants can come from anywhere but hopefully folks will admit that quite a few come from Mexico. Its not against their law to enter our country. A while ago their government actually distributed pamphlets on how to do it. They are not breaking THE law, they are breaking OUR law. Theirs really doesn't mind. As Mexican citizens theirs is probably more important to them. So they probably don't care.

Guess what?? If you are of European descent, you are a illegal immigrant of the United States! Ever heard of a Native American? This was Native land, and the damn EUROPEANS mistaken it for their property and committed genocide. It is a bit strange - the US government calls them illegal immigrants, yet the US government looks the other way and even provides them with a lot of benefits. Based on this - I wouldn't necessarily call illegal immigrants "illegal". Technically, it is a crime they commit but realistically they are not considered criminals by the US government.

Basically, the US government encourages illegal immigration because the government knows that this immigration benefits American business.

What do they care? They come to America and make a living, some have been getting benefits, and the people in Washington has tolerated it. If they are here illegally, what makes you think they care? They already have chosen to break the law, on their way here, that should be a strike against them before they set foot on American soil.

As with most other people who break the law -- they don't care.

But remember -- most illegal immigration - failing to enter at a check point or fill out immigration paperwork -- is a misdemeanor, about as serious as driving on a suspended license, DWI or driving without insurance. And those people don't care either.

The probably care, but they immigrate for a reason.

It's not something they do for fun and adventure. Some just believe in opportunity here in the U.S. and they need it because they probably lack the benefit of opportunity in the country they're from.

Most of the illegal immigrants are illiterate, I don't think they have any knowledge bout breaking laws. They become victim of vicious circle who are in the business of illegal transportation of human goods. Poor victims are allured by the concerned circle to step into this kind of illegal transportation. This is entirely my personal opinion.

LOL Do you rather think of they decide for something to alter, or what you think of? have faith me, in the event that they actually wished to guard the unlawful situation, they'd. there are various ppl making a great deal of money off of illegals. And as for California, isn't 80% of the inhabitants from someplace else?
