You should definetly let the lanlord know your troubles and maybe he will help you out. you could also try to get disability from social secutity or maybe a state agency like medicaid. good luck to you.

Not unless your lease spells out that you can under the circumstances. But talk to your landlord, they might agree to let you out of the lease although it'll probably cost you a month or two of rent.

Depends on the local laws,and the content of your lease...My lease here in Maryland does indicate that I can get out of mine should my income change

the salvation army will help you one time to pay back rent and also if you are disabled go to the housing authority of your state
