When the College Board says score reports will be released online on the 25th, do they mean at 12:01 or just sometime during the day?

its sometime during the day, but for me, they didnt send me scores until DAYS after the release date

anytime THAT DAY. If they had it available at a specific time, it would say so in the announcement.

i'm waiting my scores too, i just went to collegeboard.com and it's not there yet..
