Saige and Ava are names she could grow into but an adult Ellie gives the impression of a cute woman. Ava is very glamorous, I think there were some actressess in the 50's with this name.

Saige Elise. Ellie is too cutesy and not so nice as an adult and Ava was the number 1 name in US last year so way too common for my liking.
Saige is the best!

I like Saige and Ellie. Saige is less common than Ellie and Ava so I like it the most.

I live Ava it is a beautiful name for a little girl! Saige sounds like that herb and Elli reminds me of an elephant lol!! Congrats!!
