im turning 15 next mounth and i wanna get a job. i no u can work at mcdonalds when ur 15, but i wanna work at jack in the box. can u when ur 15?

I would suggest you contact your local Jack-in-the-Box. Employment ages and laws vary from state to state. The place may only hire 16 year olds. Some managers might not care or may take a liking to you.

I would contact the Jack-In-The-Box near you. Most states have a minimum age of 16, however Texas for example you can start working at a grocery store at 15.

Any fast food or grocery job is at a minimum wage. I hope you realize this. Depending what state you live in, this hourly rate could be around $5.50. I would suggest working a different job since there's no moving up with most of these positions.

Babysitting pays way more, generally $10+/hr. and your age doesn't matter. Pet walking, mowing lawns, etc. pays a lot more. I would reconsider working fast food if you're still in school.

I would go into Jack in the box, ask them how old do you have to be in order to work there. If your scared to ask, I would call over the phone, but going in person is more professional.

If they tell you the age and you don't meet that, maybe you could get a work permit from your school and usually the people from the school along with Jack in the box know how to fill that out.

You can only get a job under the age of 18 now while your in school so long as you acquire a work permit form your school, signed by your school, the job and your parents or guardian. 15 Is the youngest you legally can work.

Most teenagers start at fast food resturants? at 16 you can work ealier with parents permition/ in most states ask? hours shouldn't exceed 4 durin scholl hours, and 6 on weekends that federal law!!(US)
