I think you're born with it. My sister is a neat freak like my dad, and I, like mom, am a slob. We were raised in the same messy house. My sisters side of our room was always organized and neat, and mine was chaos!

Either a good previous example in his life, to be a neat person, or a lack of example a slob... but what it really matters is how You choose to be.

For the ones that have a good example could be or not to be neat persons, but not necessary. The same case with the opposite, that doesn't mean that it will end up as a slob too.

Easy, how they are raised. Let's say you're some dude with a mon who did everything for you and you never had to lift a finger. Do you think you would be a neat freak or a slob?

There can be different factors involved. Sensitivity to cleanliness from the home in which they were raised could be one. But unless they are taught how to clean for themselves that may not be enough. More then any other factor I think priorities and personal choices make the difference.

If they were made to clean up--when they were small, I believe, has a HUGE impact on their housecleaning abilities.
