I have asked this but I want to know positive opinions on the name Im giving my girl..I made it up but all names were made up at some point.. it has no meaning.* Esia* pronounced [eh.see.ah] If you like it..what do you like about it?...thanks:)

most people cant give you a positive opinion on the name as its not a very pretty name
alot of people dont like made up names or names that arnt spelled the way they pronounced
Esia looks like it should be pronounced like Isaiah but with a E(E sigh ah)
Eh see ah looks like it should be spelled Eceah,Ecia,Eseah or Ecea
I agree with the post that said people will make fun of her not just calling her easy but also esia sounds like I see ya

I like the pronounciation but not the spelling. Maybe play around to find a spelling that is easier to 'see and say' without having to think about it. I first thought it was like Asia but with an 'E'

When we were mispronouncing it on the other thread Easy-a it was bad. eh-see-ah is a bit better but it's still sounds odd; like Essie. And it still looks like it's missing some letters. But you seem to like it and that's what matters most.

Still don't like it. . . as was mentioned in one of your other questions, Esia could be made into the nickname of "Easy" when the girl reaches high school. . . You gotta think about the future when you pick a name!

I'm going to be honest. I love original names, but Esia sounds like Easy-Ah, and for some reason it reminds me of Asia

I think it's pretty, now that i see how to say it..
She may be made fun of during elementary/middle school....
back when kids don't care about other's feelings..

I think it's a pretty name, though.
Another pretty prononciation would be "ess-i-ah"
