I would be able to heat things up with my hands - like an 80s action cartoon I remember where she made a cup of tea by just holding the cup!! Sounds pretty handy...

Teleportation, I see it as most useful, you never really have to be late anywhere, you can arrive places early and you can go virtually anywhere you want to. It really is an amazing power!
