My fav girl combo is Leah Grace - that is if the Leah is pronounced Le Ah not Lee. I prefer one syllable middle names and two syllable first names for girls.
Fav boy combo is Aaron Michael. Some of the others would be a mouthful. I think you don't want any more than 4 syllables in total (first name + middle name)
