What can I do to help people in need?

Like, how can I send people in need clothes/toys/food/or christmas presents. Any organisations?

Have you tried local churches?
There is a project by Billy Graham's son that sends toys overseas.
A Local church can prob'ly tell you who needs clothes.

AmVets, Catholic Knights, Goodwill, there are so many organizations who except donations for the less fortunate.
