I don't know how many oranges there are, but it counts as 2 fruit servings.

I only know this because I was drinking a little 8 oz. Tropicana orange juice box the other day, and it said that it counts as two 4-oz. fruit servings.

Orange juice isn't the terrific theory,too lots of it would desire to reason acid reflex. different beverages like some juices comprise sugar which isn't as good as actual water. follow the actual component yet its okay to substitue some glasses hear and there.
