The intake manifold runner control (IMRC) switches the secondary runners open under high RPM conditions. Yours are either stuck open or stuck closed and the PCM noticed. They just get dirty and stick, it's typical Ford stuff really.

Code stands for Intake Manifold Runner Control stuck Open (Bank 1). Make sure it is not stuck and none of the linkage is binding. Try manually opening and closing it.
