Flyers' Gagne leaves with dizziness
Sunrise, FL (Sports Network) - Philadelphia Flyers forward Simon Gagne left in the first period of his team's 4-3 loss to Florida after experiencing dizziness from a hit.
Early in the first, Jay Bouwmeester stood Gagne up at the blueline with a high check as he tried to carry the puck into the offensive zone. Gagne tried to play a few shifts following the hit and then left for the locker room and did not return as a precautionary measure.

Aside from a depleted Anaheim team, the Flames were the first playoff team the Wild have faced all season... Hopefully this game will remind some of their fans that while they're contenders, it's way too early in the season to start thinking Stanley Cup Finals.
