my twin sister's in an apartment at college (we go to 2 different schools) and they had something wrong with the refridgerator (just the fridge!) and they made a request to have it fixed but no one came (for like 2 weeks or something?) so they called and finally someone came out and said for their inconvienance, they were gonna redo the WHOLE kitchen!!! AND...yeah I'm not done...they each got $250 in gift cards!!! are you kidding me!? just to fixing the freakin' fridge!!...NO FAIR!!!!!
