He probably would have spent more time in prison. If the conditions in Germany had not been so bad he wouldn't have found such a receptive audience and probably would have faded into the woodwork after a while.

Unanswerable in any meaningful sense. Had the Kaiser prevailed in WW1 it might very well have led to a greater holocaust by Hitler in the next several decades.

On the other hand, we might all be sipping margaritas right now while the robots tend to our every need.
