Fred Sanford always cracked me up...when he would grab his heart....like he was having a heart attack....

Gotta be Sanford. Archie was too much of a prick, and as cool as Bundy was, he always seemed to be a crappy neighbor.

although i like al and would like to have a beer with him i wouldn't want to live next to him. he was always having the kids steal marci and steve's (and eventually jefferson's) stuff. fred was too crabby and always finding fault with his son so i am sure he would find fault with the neighbors so my pick would be archie. archie was a good law abiding citizen who didn't stick his nose in anyone's business. he just tried to get by day to day.
