uummm i have like scene Ur pic like 3 times today.....but answering Ur question looking like barbie can be a good thing and u kinda look like barbie but barbie doesn't have curly hair....

No, you look more like her little sister Kelly (the teenage version not the toddler).
But looking like Barbie isn't bad, though the person could have been meaning you look fake. However, I don't think you look fake.
