yes a 13 year old girl had a pacemaker and a kid at school fell off the balcony and it scared her to death. but she found some help for that kid before she died in the ems.

that's a good question. they can but I dont think it is the fear. I think if you get really scared you can make your heart stop.you know when someone pops out and saysBOO! your heart starts racing.
so I think the answer is yes.

Actually in these cases the physical cause is a heart attack. The heart attack is brought on by fear.

yes you can, it can cause heart attacks. but when your scared your body puts a hormone out in your blood that if you have to much you die.
