How do I get members to join my site?

I have a website for Ashley Tisdale and Miley Cyrus and I REALLY want to get people to join. I've put the site on Google, and I've posted about it at a few other sites..but im not satisfied! What can I do to get more members?

Search groups, newsgroups, forums, blogs, anyplace that is discussing them. Then jump in and mention the site.
