Illuminati is a name that refers to several groups, both real and fictitious. Historically, it refers specifically to the Bavarian Illuminati, an Enlightenment era secret society founded in the late eighteenth century. Very much real, their agenda although secret can be felt all over the world. You will find many conspiracies about this society portraying them as the (NWO). And supposedly trying to make a one world goverment and such.

Yes, they do exist...but are not a positive group. Matter of fact, I just read Sylvia Browne's latest book that mentions them called Secret Societies. It was pretty good, check it out at the library.

Yes they do. The Illuminati are the ones that go around screwing in light bulbs when no one's watching, and invented the 'How many _____________ does it take....?' to deflect attention away from themselves.
