I once went 4 wheeling with a couple friends and ended up on the beautiful mountain top with ancient stone buildings almost like you'd see in the Blair witch. In front of the church like building there was a pond almost completely circular and dark black. We stayed there for hours until dark and watched the sunset. Best place ever although it is too bad however we were to stoned to find our way back. Haven't been there in at least 7 years.

most tranquil place i was ever able to be was on a horse's back riding back & forth among the grapvines in a vineyard in australia. i was alone, it was a beautiful day, there was not a care in the world. when i'm stressed, i go back to that day and instantly relax.

My patio. I often sit out there petting my cat . I have planted a lot of plants around it and put in a pond with a waterfall. I enjoy the fish in the pond and often sit and watch them swim while I have a glass of wine.

A turnout in the mountains where I can look down at all of the city lights, it always seems to help to put things back into perspective for me!!
