It can be becasue The energy of the sun evaporated the water in out earth so clouds form and then condensation, precipitation and so on>

no the clouds are formed due to the precitation and the evaporation of the water in the air from the lakes seas and oceans. clouds are a whole bunch of water droplets packed together to make a formation and that is what we see a cloud
