First thing to check would be the turn signal flasher , Left center of the instrument panel around the knee area. Usually a 2 prong unit and inexpensive $2-5 and you can do it yourself. Leave the key on and the turn signal and listen for the clicking sound. Small round metal cylinder about half the size of a pill bottle. Could be a bulb but then it would only be one side. Last but not least , it could be the turn signal unit in the steering column, unlikely ,, but possible

This is generally either a bad bulb or the flasher assembly. If all the bulbs work at all times, but don't flash you have a flasher. When the flashers quit working, tap the hazard button on the dash or the area around it as the flasher is inside the switch for the hazards. If the flashers start working you have to replace the whole hazard switch/flasher assembly on the dash. There was a recall on some of these so check with a dealer.

yes on you car and on most all car there is a flasher rely that makes your turn signal blink so what you need to try is at your fuse box there should be a flasher or relay there that will make it not work and work a random if its bad

Make sure you are turning them on. I had my car in the shop several times and they couldn't find anything wrong. Turns out I wasn't using the switch all the time.
