I certainly used to find that a cup of hot chocolate at bed time seemed to help me fall asleep....I think that was before I became even more of a tea addict than I already was! And tea doesn't really seem to help much! lol

Warm milk but nothing in it as most things contain caffeine which can keep you awake. To keep you asleep eat a banana or some oat cakes before bedtime - they keep your blood sugar levels up which drops after a few hours sleep and wakes you. xx

They say warm milk will help you sleep. Coffee and chocolate have caffeine so might keep you awake.
