I know what i want i just dont know where to get it.... i want to start off with something small..... maybe just advertisments... any ideas??

Depends on if you are looking for an agent for modeling or for acting? What is your experience? Do you have a headshot? Comp Card? By the term "just advertisements" I will assume it is for modeling. Take a very clear head shot and full body shot of yourself with stats on the back (hair color, eye color, height, measurements) Write a brief cover letter stating who you are and your area of interests along with contact information. I am not too familiar with the market in Arizona, or their agencies, but a simple search brought up two results, Signature Models and Talent Agency in Phoenix, and Empire Talent and Modeling Agency.
When you speak with a real agent, that represents themselves as an agent, know that an agent cannot promise you work, and NO real agent asks you to pay for representation. So, prepare yourself, speak to a lot of people, test the waters, see what happens... good luck!

Yeah, I get the idea from your question that you are not ready for an agent. You see, you don't start with an agent, you end up with one after you have proven by your experience and training that you are a marketable actor. That ususally takes several years.
