Many Vivaldi scholars give about 46 operas but not all agree.
Arias are most often performed from some of these:
Griselda, Tito Manlio, Ottone In Villa, L'Atenaide, Tamerlano, L'incornazione di dario,Catone In utica

About 46 but one or two are of dubiuos provenance (ie Vivaldi might not have actually written them) and a few may be lost forever (as is often the case with composers from so long ago).

I know the number is uncertain but can tell you that if you want to hear what they sounded like there is a stunning CD by Cecila Bartoli on Decca devoted to rare Vivaldi operas
