No way!! If this has happened to you, buy a better brand or make your own blue cheese dressing and the difference is immense. A simple blue cheese dressing is: 1. Good Blue Cheese(you get what you pay for on this one, for an inexpensive brand I use Stella) 2. Mayo 3. Sour Cream 4. Lea & Perrins 5. Black papper Crumble blue cheese into bowl. Next add equal amounts of mayo and sour cream depending on how cheesey you want the dressing. Add L&P and black pepper a little at a time until you reach the flavor profile you want. I didn't include amounts because you can't go wrong with this. Experimentation is the joy of cooking.
