Water boarding is torture; therefore, no we can not use it. This is another thing that is going to come back and burn Bush in the rear... when he is charged and put on trial for war crimes.

I want to know why it is OK for them to water board people, but if the police get just a little bit overzealous when they interrogate people, they get slapped with a lawsuit.

I would like to see the senators that keep bringing those amensty bills up for a vote, laid out on the water board. We could ask where the money is coming from to buy them out.
