Larisa Marie sounds really pretty or Larisa Kathleen
Honestly, I'm wondering if you need a middle name for DeAnna. I think its already "built in."

DeAnna Larisa is beautiful. Stick with that if you like it. No matter what, make sure Larisa is included.

I think you should use Larisa. There would be no confusion at family gatherings since she has unfortunately passed on
Here are ideas:
Clarisa
Clarise
Carisa
Klarisa
Klarise
Karisa
Marisa
all of the names could have two s instead of one
I like Larisa over DeAnna... How about Deandra

I really dislike it. I think it's dated and I dislike random capital letters in the middle of names. Anna, Dena or even Deanna would be a lot better.
I like the sound of Deanna Jane or Deanna Rose.
