Will it be available for PC? If not, what is the difference between Sims 2 stories castaway and the original?

2. sims 2 original is about people in their day to day lives and completing their aspirations so that are satisfied as well as helping them get to the top of their career. The Sims 2: Castaway is about sims who have been washed up on a desert island and you need to help them survive by colecting tools and finding certain secrets around the island.

Sims Stories and the Sims 2 games are two different games.
Sims 2 is all about having your sims have families, and living their everyday lives.
Stories is a lot different, and since I don't have it, I can't honestly tell you the differences except that the game was designed for those who have computers that can't handle the intense graphics of The Sims 2. I believe you have to actually follow a storyline in order to advance in the game.
