became Bush a great spender? sure. that's what gave beginning to the Tea events. they are average Conservatives, Independents or perhaps fiscally in charge Liberals that have been protesting his huge spending. even in spite of the undeniable fact that huge spending is undesirable, deficit spending (rolling into the debt) is worse. seem on the debt accrued by utilising Bush over 8 years as against the debt by utilising Obama in 3. Bush's deficits have been stepping down severely throughout the time of his 2d term, heading in the right direction with the forecast of a balanced funds in 2010 (blown out of the water by utilising the own loan meltdown). Obama's deficits save increasing. BTW the term deficit won't be perfect with Obama whilst he has no longer approved a funds when you consider that being in place of work when you consider that deficit is a be conscious used relative to a funds. i can not even think of of yet another president that has no longer had a funds for that long. How fiscally in charge is that?!!

1. rebuild the lost homes of the San Diego wildfires and help the numerous victims who are now homeless

2. rebuild New Orleans and help Katrina victims

3. social security/health care

4. HIV/AIDS research and MRSA research

5. improve the real estate market

6. build more environmentally-friendly factories

#1 is most crucial because the victims are the ones who really need it now. There are more important things to be spending money on than a pointless war.

Your stats are off by the way...
I would use the money to save the enviroment, and promote Christianity in a kind non-forceful crusade like way. I would make my own news station that doesn't just promote negative lies, but truths, and also positive important things! I wouldn't spend 30 minutes each day talking about a former playboy models death and only spend 10 mins talking about the death of 50 children in a bus accident! the media is focused on what people like to hear, not what they NEED to hear! I would reverse that.

better spent - on the people of the U.S. (schools, people who don't make a lot of money)

for me - huge house somewhere and fill it with electronics after buying everything i would like to have right now and getting through school
one couldn't really spend it all, and anyways, I would probably have a job since i wouldn't go to school and college for nothing I would never consider not going to college

Healthcare for people who need it, reforming the US educational system (needs it badly), strong programs promoting birth control, parenting classes, work on preventing child abuse... that's still a ton of money... oh yeah, a couple of million for me.
