I can't see a Canada specific phone number. All the site says is:

Please refer to the technical support telephone number printed on your product documentation and/or packaging. By using this specific phone number, we are able to provide you with more specific assistance. If you are unable to locate that telephone number, support is available online at 2Wire.com or by calling 480.567.7021 (Monday - Friday) 6:00 AM PST to 6:00 PM PST.

You should call your ISP, not 2Wire, to reset the password for your connection.
