because your not even feeling on yourself you just have a good dream and then you wake up and your wet lol. how does that work?

The human body is amazing. I've had dreams and woke up in the middle of an orgasm. Those are fun.

Males can be physically aroused multiple times during one sleep session. This does not mean that climax (orgasm) is reached each time physical arousal is achieved. The male can be aroused by physical means such as pressure from pajamas, covers etc. brushing or touching from a bed partner. Certainly the 'dream' component of 'wet dreams' can lead to arousal and climax - remember, often your body will 'act out' what you are dreaming. The extreme case would be sleep walking or wetting your bed because you dreamt you were in the bathroom.

As far as girls having 'wet dreams'. Yes, we do. They just aren't as, well, 'wet'. So we don't have to advertise that we had a sex dream.
