Pretty great if you were one of the leaders of one of the stronger barbaric hordes that would form. Probably not so good for most people, or if you were a minor player in one of the weaker hordes.
Funny thing is, with the rudeness and disregard for the law that I see all the time, I think we are heading in that direction. People seem to forget that laws protect us/

It would be like Iraq, where ther aren't any laws.
Or Afghanistan where there are but a few.
Or Russia, where the ones they have are selectively enforced and don't really originate from the will of the people.
Or it could be like Myanmar or Cuba where the rule is a military cult of personality and people live in poverty cut off from the rest of the world.
Note that the general population of all those countries has little if any access to the internet, so forget about that too :)

Without laws -- there would be no government.
The USA exists because of its cohesive government and legal structure -- that's the only thing holding the country together -- without any laws or govt, we'd be a collection of widely diverse communities and cultures.
