Being behind the scenes and a very knowledgeable person on the Iraq War; being able to pose questions, personally, to a number of important presidential candidates, I am not too happy and pleased with Hillary. Most conventional and 9-5 people, Democrats, feel that Hillary would make a good President and who am I to disagree.
A lot of Republicans, people who have supported President Bush and who have acquired a "Bush mentality" support Rudy, because he appears to be strong on crime and terrorism.
A lot of people, too, are killing Hillary's chances, though they shouldn't. Many are afraid of her and do not want her to become our next president. At the same time, these people are not Bush supporters, nor do they like Giuliani!
Being tough is not the answer, being stupid and tough will get you in trouble, and as we see of Bush, so shall we see of Guiliani! The results will be the same!
Obama is immature, but so was Kennedy! Look at the old Nixon-Kennedy debate tapes!
At this point, I, an authority figure and the foremost authority on international politics and the Iraq War, see danger in both Hillary and Giuliani becoming our next President.
In time, both will learn, but what will their positions on US foreign affairs be and their propensity for integrity should, in my personal opinion, determine who the next US President will be (if the selection was solely from those two).
Yours,
Max
Ps: I am hoping and praying for the best for this nation. I haven't made a final decision on Hillary, yet and I am hoping for indictments to come down on the Bush administration, which will, I feel, change every Presidential candidate's view and opinion on Iraq!
FIRST EDIT:
With Bush and the Republicans we will be facing a 2.4 trillion to 50 trillion dollar war under a Republican administration and this war will last well-beyond the next decade. It will eventually draw in Iran, Russia, North Korea, and China, even with a Saint in China http://chinatownhawaii.com !
Hillary, based on her what she has already said about the Iraq War will be no better, she is uneducated when it comes to the Iraq War and she fully accepts the Republican position on an illegal, heinous, murderous, and immoral war!

Bothered because I thought we learn the last time the Clintons were in the White House cost the DNC the majority of Congress and 8 years of a GOP president.

I am extremely excited about the idea of her being our next great President! Just the fact alone that a woman will be President is something to be excited about! I feel she can offer a fresh, new perspective to people as the leader of the US. I believe, with her ideas, wonderful things will be accomplished and nobody will suffer anymore, ever again. Hillary is truly the answer we are all so desperately looking for. While all the other candidates seem like intelligent, honest, and hardworking people too, I think Hillary is the epitome of all that and more. Let's keep America running strong and vote for her in '08!

Considering that I have asked several times on YA what Hillary has done for Arkansas and New York, and no one has an accomplishment, why in the world would I throw my vote away to a do-nothing.

My first objection to Hillary is that her husband was president. And our current president is the son of the first president Bush. So, before even getting into her political views, I object because we are moving close to creating a near monarchy of related presidents.

Bothered, but on the positive side. She would screw this country in so many ways, people would be dying to vote in republicans in both houses of congress, governorships and the white house, to clean up the sh*t she and the democratic congress left behind.

I'm just tired of the crap. I only hope that if she is elected that the people who don't like her will only criticize her for her actions and not perceived or anticipated actions. I hope that if they level criticism at her that it is in an effort to make the country a better place and not simply to be nasty, that there is some substance to their charges.

Very Bothered. It may take 10 years for us to recover from her 4. But the Republican windfall after her term would be exciting.
Of course, she has never accomplished anything politically aside from being elected. She may spend 4 years making promises and then we'd be done with her.
