Title ,and Registration fees go to the state for tags , and to register the car with the County Tax Office ,

administration fee's are extras they include for doing the paper work ..it used to be included in the commission , but they add it now to get more money out of you , warranty fee's would be for an extended warranty.... If it is a new car you really do not need it ...even if it is used you don't need it , you can buy a used car , replace the motor , and transmission completely and it would be cheaper than a new car with an extended warranty , and you would not lose so much money as you do with a new car , New cars are idiot investments .....

Title and registration fees are paid to the state government to get your license plates, registration card, etc.

Administration fees are what the dealer keeps for doing the paperwork for you.

The warranty is usually included in the price when you buy a car. There should not be a fee for it. I think that "warranty fees" means the amount that you pay for an "extended warranty".

Title and registration are required by the state. The others are just ways to jack up the price without it seeming that way.
