Here's a few facts and stories within this game:
1. Green Bay is coming off a bye week with their offensive line healthy and Al Harris and Charles Woodson healthy.
2. Denver is last in rush defense and 1st in pass defense.
3. Green Bay is 1st in pass offense and last in rush offense.
4. Koren Robinson returns to Green Bay giving them anotherbig physical receiver.
5. Champ Bailey has a strained hamstring and Dre Bly also has a sprained shoulder.
6. Tom Nalen the Broncos Center is out for the season.
7. Javon Walker is out for this game after knee surgery.
Now normally I wouldn't make a predicition until Friday when I have read the official injury report on who practiced and didn't, but here's my shot:
The Packers are rolling, the Broncos are stumbling, but Jason Elam will not let this team die that easily. 3 game winning field goals for all of their 3 wins and keeping their season alive. But how long can they keep this up?
This is a very interesting matchup because as the facts up their show, the Packers are #1 in passing and the Broncos are #1 in defending the pass. Packers coach Mike McCarthy wants to establish the running game at some point during this season. Does he try it this gme against the worst rushing defense? In my opinion no. Yes hes facing a very bad run defense and the best CB tandem in Bailey and Bly, but their a little nicked up right now so they could be vulnerable, especially Bly who loves to jump short routes to make plays which has been the bread and butter of Green bays offense this year. This defense loves to play man coverage and blitz. Green Bay's offensive line is finally fully healthy after the bye week, and they are VERY good at pass protecting as proven against aggresive teams like New York, Philly, San Deigo, and Minnesota. Koren Robinson gives them another weapon on offense; put the ball in Brett Favre's hands and spread it out and let him take advantage of the matchups with his WRs.
aside from the two forced interceptions last week against Pittsburgh, Jay Cutler did a very nice job with 22-29 and 3 TDs. Travis Henry has fitted right into the Broncos running game and is giving them a good balanced offense. This week he goes against a Green Bay defense that ius very stout against the run and will look to make Jay Cutler forced to beat them with his arm. The interesting part about this matchup is Cutler is without Walker, their best WR, and he goes up against the best CB in the NFL tandem in Harris and Woodson
behind Denver's. Green Bay has shown some weakness in covering opponents TE's and slot receivers, but have adjusted well in the 2nd half to shutting them down. Culter has to try and take advantge of this if the defense fails to cover them eefectively again or else he's in trouble.
Bottom line in this game, it's a very intriguing matchup with strength verus strength. It is in Denver which is always a very tough place to play. And even though Jay Culter did play fairly well against Pittsburgh, he still made crucial mistakes that let Pittsburgh stick around and theres no way youll win if you give Favre any type of chances to hang around or close out a game. Look for it to be a very tight game with either team probably leading bya small margin at the half, but with Green Bays defense well rested after the bye week and always makes great adjustments at halftime, look for them to pull the game away from Denver late 3rd quarter through early 4th quarter.

The Packers will surely win. They've got a strong defensive line to put pressure on the inexperienced Cutler. He will be prone to many mistakes as he is under a lot of pressure. They've got two very physical cornerbacks who will make it hard to find open receivers. On Offense, the Packers have a QB with a talented receiving core and an improving offensive line. Their running game will probably be improved as they had plenty of time to work in the bye week. Denver's run defense has not been very impressive, so it should be a key start for the Packers running attack.
Since they are coming off a bye their injuries will be greatly improved. Before the bye, the Packers were a very beat up team. Even the players starting had big time injury ailments. Greg Jennings was just coming back from his big injury that has kept him out. Denver may play strong, but the Pack will overcome them with key turnovers and a solid offense.

I'm a firm believer that teams coming off of bye weeks have a slight advantage. And thats probably why the Broncos beat Stealers last week. Let it also be know that Denver is bad against the run and the Packers have had 2 weeks to work on getting people healthy. And to top that off,,,,Brett is pissed cause the media said he was losing his zip. I wouldn't want to be playng the Packers with a pissed off Brett Favre. With that being said I think the Packers will win 24-17.

I love it how noone wants to give GB credit for having a great season. The Pack aren't going to fade but they will keep improving game by game.
Come on now, the Broncos 3 wins have all come on field goals....what does that say? Not to mention it all happened during the last few seconds of the game. Denver hasn't lived up to their expectations at all and their defense appears to be lacking as well. GB has a solid defense with great speed. I don't think it is any different if the Pack are playing at the Mile High stadium or Metro dome. Both have been tough for the Packers and this year, the Packes won in the metrodome.
GB is also getting a big weapon back in Koren Robinson. Each week the run game is getting better and better. Favre looks like the Favre of 1996 and he is smarter with the ball.
The Pack is back and I predict the Pack to win by at least 17 points.
Go Pack Go!!!!!

Packers, Denver should probably be 0-6 (maybe 1-5 as they did a job on the Steelers). The Broncos are big-time struggling right now. I thought they would be better than they are.
I'm not sure what's gotten into the Packers - I did not see this start from them. I thought they would be worse than they are.

I would have to say denver because they are a good football team coming off a win in which everybody doubted them and packers are coming off a bye so i think denver will get the win. Plus there playing in denver, that will be tough for the packers to overcome.

Id have to say Denver because Denver knows they gotta start winning some game to get into the play offs and they played their hearts out in Pittsburgh i doubt their gonna stop trying as hard against green bay, and everyone does worse at Mile High
