Could someone give me in layman's terms a non-biased summary of the Israeli argument and the Palestinian argument.

The case for the Israelis is that they believe their sky god gave them the land they now occupy back in the distant past to live in for ever.
They refer to this as the promised land but if you look at the small print of their holy books you will see that they had to massacre all the existing inhabitants to get it.
The case for the Palestinians is that they were living reasonable peacefully together, christians muslims and jews under the old Ottoman Empire until 1918
Unfortunately the British Government promised some European jews in 1916 that they would organise a homeland for the jews in Palestine if they would lend them enough money to finance the war.
This was called the Balfour Declaration and had no standing under international law and the arabs were not consulted.
After WW1 Britain had control of Palestine and let in some jews annually on a strictly controlled quota basis.
After WW2 this turned into a flood of illegal immigrants who formed terrorist gangs to drive out the British and sieze land from the Palestinians.
To stop the bloodshed the UN decided to divide Palestine in two, one part jewish the other part arab against the wishes of the majority of the people.
The British left in 1948 and the jews attacked their arab neighbours grabbing their land and killing those who refused to leave
The State of Israel was declared.

The Israeli's are all under 12 but the Palestinians are all between 13 and 18.
Ok, that's the physical bit done, so..
At the end of the day kid, they can wrap it in what they want, but it is oil and money.
Sad..

Because they are all thick!
All the fighting stems back to religon, jews hate muslims - muslims hate jews!
Different sects of the SAME religon also hate each other!
The discovery of oil is purely co-incidental...They believe oppression will bring greatness and do so by fighting.
let them continue as if they are that STUPID they cant live alongside their neighbours they deserve to die.

well its all to do with oil. oil= petrol. the west are running out of it so they went and bullied them and made them fight so when they're not looking (coz theyre busy fighting) they go dig holes in the ground and build pipelines underground to a near by country and bully them so they can take charge of it and pump out petrol for westerners coz they bleeping wnat 4by 4's but for what? even when they dotn even need one!
