Well before I go changing rules, I would enforce the current rules (perhaps that is a rule change after all) . . . . you know, traveling, palming, offensive fouls, etc.

If I were the NBA Commisioner, I'll make a rule that would mandate all the teams to let all their players present on a game and in the arena to play at least 10 minutes each inorder to promote a better team-oriented approach in the game. In this way, the game outcomes will be better decided as a "team" rather than by the "star/s" on the team.

I would either double the size of the corurt or have a whenever a foul or sumthin like that is called the fans have a remote that says yes or no and which one has the most is what it goes with (this will cause the away team to always lose though)

I would change the defensive 3 seconds rule. It is one of the worst rules in the NBA. It is so stupid.

Stop the NBA from being so corporate. Just let the players play the game.
The clothes rule. Offgame you must wear suits. How dumb is that. Let them express their personal style.

Does it matter what rule we change? Would the ref's still be held to it?
If you can't get em to not bet on the game, how can you get them to pay attention to the rules?

First I thought about the no handchecking rules.
Then I remembered all of the great blocks recently I've seen called as flagrant fouls. I hate the ******* refs. They suck.

mvp award should not be decided by subjective means like by people (medias, coaches and others) but by objective ways that is statistics. We are on an evidence base era now. Desicions should be base by math and science not by expert opinions.
