I wear hats just about anywhere I feel like it. I've worn an early 20th century-ish hat (black, white and black curly feathers, black tulle, big red rose) through two airports, I wear baseball caps when I play softball or go to the lake, and I desperately want a grey newsboy cap.

Some hats. At the airport because I feel safe when I'm wearing them. I don't know why, haha.

on outdoor events i wear baseball caps.
i lurv newsboy caps...they look good with modern casual outfits... especially with denim!
bucket hats are a little childish but once in a while if ur going for an ultra laid back look, like the beach, they're fine as well
beanies are always cute...take a cute tshirt nd some shorts and voila...perfect!
