Does anyone know why a week before my PMS, I feel nauseated, lightheaded, dizzy, my head literally feels like the compass; when I turn my head one side, the inside compass moves to adjust itself to the North poll. I’m sure I’m not pregnant and I often take Promethazine to get ride of the symptoms for the day, but then I get sleepy, which I can’t during the day due to work. The doctor ran tests on me and could not find anything wrong with me. I feel so ill every month during this time and was wondering if anyone of you experienced this and have any natural remedy for this….thanks!

I have experienced the nausea aspect with my period before. I later ended up with some other symptoms in addition to the nausea that turned out to be related to endometriosis as the explanation for them.

I would recommend getting another opinion and preferably from someone that does not share the same office of the doctor that you currently see.
