I keep two tampons in my purse, two panty liners, and advil.
At my desk at work, I have a trial size box of tampons and a small supply of pads... i always have advil at my desk too. I keep one pad in my car.

I use Playtex for my tampons.. I like the glide. . . For pads.. I use "Always".


there is a woman who works next to me that actually keeps a spare pair of underwear too... incase there was leakage before she got the pad / tampon on....

Tampons: Playtex Sport or Tampax Pearl are excellent ones to try.

I also use Always and Kotex brand pads.

Pamprin or Midol work wonders too.

tampax pearl is a great tampon brand. and i use kotex ultra thins all the time.

And midol or even advil works like a charm for cramps..
Just have the "items" in your purse when you think you should be getting your period soon.
